The property market in Israel has performed solidly over the last 15 years. Between 2006 and 2021, the Israeli real estate market experienced an average annual growth rate of 6.3%. Since space in the central area of the country is severely limited, premium locations have seen the most significant growth.

I've lived in Herzeliya Pituach for the past 15 years. I am a licensed Israeli real estate broker, equally passionate about the real estate market and finding excellent opportunities for my clients.
